We are so grateful to have been referred to James to help us navigate complex and ever-evolving issues with a development next door to us which has multiple non-compliances. The developer lodged a modification application seeking approval for the non-compliant works.
James was very responsive to the pressing situation and our first meeting was held at our home so he could see the issues first hand and go over all of the documentation with us. James set realistic expectations and educated us on the legislation and Council's responsibilities.
